What laser cutting capability do you offer?
We support laser cutting requirements up to 12 kW, large-format sheets and plates up to 2.5 × 6 metres, and tube laser cutting for suitable pipe and section work.
Which files are best for a laser cutting quotation?
DXF or DWG profiles are ideal for geometry, supported by a PDF drawing showing material, thickness, quantity, tolerances and any bending or fabrication requirements.
Can you supply finished fabricated parts instead of cutting only?
Yes. Laser cutting can be combined with bending, rolling, welding, machining, finishing and assembly according to the approved scope.
Do you handle one-off parts and production quantities?
Yes. We review prototypes, repair or replacement parts, small batches and repeat production requirements based on drawing, material and quantity.
What to send for a useful quotation
Send the drawing, material grade, thickness and quantity. For tube work, include the section shape, outside dimensions, wall thickness, stock length and cut features. These are quotation prompts, not extra mandatory form fields.
Scope and responsibilities
Sheet-bed size is not a tube-length limit. Material-specific thickness, tube envelope, tolerances, finishing and production route are confirmed after technical review; laser power alone does not determine all of these limits.
Serving Northern Emirates projects from Ras Al Khaimah
Our workshop is based in Al Shamal, Ras Al Khaimah. We review requirements for Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Sharjah and Fujairah projects. Collection, delivery, transport charges and site attendance are confirmed in the quotation according to the work and access arrangements. These service areas are not additional workshop branches.
