Reverse engineering from a sample
When drawings are missing, a worn or broken part can be measured and a new drawing prepared for approval before manufacture. Critical fits, material grade and heat treatment are confirmed with the plant engineer first.
Preparing for a shutdown
Share the job list early, identify long-lead materials, and agree inspection points. Parts that can be made in advance should be, so the shutdown is used for removal, fitting and testing rather than waiting.
